1. Achieve sales targets and goals.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures of the store.
3. Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
7. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
9. Partner with team to manage store shrinkage and ensure operational execution.
10. Ensure cash registers and safe function properly and manage cash accuracy.
11. Assist with visual display and merchandising as per company standards.
12. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of store premises.
13. Maintain high standards for store fixtures, shelving, and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
2. Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales goals.
3. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
4. Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.
