1. Achieve sales goals and contribute to store profitability.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures in alignment with company policies.
3. Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in overseeing daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
7. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
9. Manage store shrinkage and ensure proper cash register and safe operations.
10. Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
11. Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of fixtures and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion industries.
2. Proven ability to drive sales and exceed individual and store goals.
3. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
4. Strategic vision and high level of personal performance.

A minimum of 3 years in a comparable position within the retail or fashion sector.
