Balenciaga PR & Communication Manager

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with media outlets and press to enhance brand image and maximize media coverage across print, digital, and social media platforms.
- Plan and execute advertorials in alignment with regional directives.
- Coordinate and implement local communication calendars for PR activities, including brand, product, event, and corporate initiatives.
- Prepare press assets, create press releases, pitch to media, and manage proofreading processes.
- Oversee press showroom conditions and sample management.
- Compile and manage weekly press and activity reports.
- Facilitate daily communication with headquarters and other departments on PR matters.
- Organize and execute PR-related events such as seasonal press days and branding events.
- Research and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations and media communication within the luxury or fashion industry, PR agency, or as a fashion editor.
- Extensive knowledge and network across various media types.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in both Japanese and English.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent teamwork and sense of responsibility.
- Resourcefulness and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A minimum of 5 years in public relations and media communication within the luxury or fashion industry, PR agency, or as a fashion editor is required.
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
