1. Conduct competitive analysis, price positioning, and trend monitoring.
2. Develop and update collection tracking tools.
3. Manage sales tools and provide operational support during showroom setup.
4. Handle sample management and participate in collection briefings.
5. Monitor and analyze post-showroom sales (Sell-in) and perform ad-hoc collection tracking analyses.

1. University degree or business school education with a strong product sensitivity and fashion culture.
2. Previous experience in a fashion house, minimum 6-month internship.

1. Organized, curious, and detail-oriented.
2. Flexible, autonomous with strong analytical and project follow-up capabilities.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
4. Bilingual in English; Italian is a plus.

Previous internship experience in a fashion house is required.
