Balenciaga Internship: Assistant Collection Coordinator - Jewelry & Eyewear

- Update and maintain all collection materials consistently.
- Assist in preparing meetings with the Artistic Direction and manage show looks and their packing.
- Follow up on all seasonal and commercial launches.
- Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders regarding collection development.
- Coordinate information sharing between the Jewelry & Eyewear studio and development teams in Italy.
- Organize wear tests and manage Jewelry normalization meetings with design, development, and production teams.
- Oversee management of all prototype receptions, shipments, and deliveries.
- Assist in internal shoots and showroom preparation, ensuring workspaces are maintained.
- Currently enrolled in a university, business school, or fashion school.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Previous experience in the fashion industry is appreciated.
- Strong product orientation and organizational skills.
- Perseverance, curiosity, and a willingness to assist.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with InDesign is a plus.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
A first experience in the fashion industry is appreciated but not mandatory.
Currently enrolled in a university, business school, or fashion school.
Paid internship for a duration of 6 months.
