1. Develop and execute buying and merchandising strategies aligned with the brand's vision.
2. Plan and perform seasonal buying and core assortment selection to drive sales performance.
3. Analyze sell-through and sales evolution, defining actions to improve seasonal sell-through at the regional level.
4. Monitor inventory and delivery to ensure timely product launches and maximize sales opportunities.
5. Collaborate with Retail Managers, Visual Merchandising, and Communication teams to execute global launch plans and drive localized initiatives.
6. Partner with the Training team to provide fashion trend insights and enhance retail teams' product knowledge.
7. Collaborate with the Retail team to drive category sales performance and identify gaps and opportunities.
8. Conduct benchmark studies on competitors' products and regional price spreads.
9. Perform price adjustment exercises.
10. Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape through regular store visits.
11. Assist with the organization of the annual family sale.

1. Bachelor's degree in fashion, textiles, or related disciplines.
2. Over 5 years of experience in fashion merchandising or buying, with a deep understanding of the luxury market.

1. Ability to manage a multi-category assortment.
2. Strong communication and presentation skills.
3. Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.

A minimum of 5 years in fashion merchandising or buying, specifically within the luxury or fashion market.

Bachelor's degree in fashion, textiles, or related fields.
