1. Support the Management team to maximize sales opportunities and store profitability while adhering to Alfred Dunhill's operating standards.
2. Achieve individual sales and KPI targets as set by the Store Manager.
3. Contribute significantly to store sales targets and support all selling activities.
4. Cultivate a client-centric culture within the store and develop relationships with Harrods' personal shopper team.
5. Supervise the team to ensure customer service remains a priority and exceed client expectations.
6. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Alfred Dunhill's history and product offerings.
7. Assume full key holder responsibilities in the manager's absence.
8. Assist in managing stock control and maintaining visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
9. Support management in ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
10. Provide training and coaching to sales consultants to uphold excellent customer service standards.
11. Foster a dynamic and positive team environment conducive to generating sales.
12. Act as a role model and brand ambassador for Alfred Dunhill.

1. Proven experience in retail, ideally within the luxury goods sector or a similar service-oriented industry.
2. Prior experience as a supervisor or team leader.

2. Sound product knowledge, ideally with experience selling high-value goods.
3. Proficiency in using POS systems and retail inventory management software.
4. Basic understanding of CRM systems.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
7. Ability to represent the Alfred Dunhill brand effectively and confidently.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Confident in handling customer complaints and resolving issues professionally.
10. Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
11. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proven experience in retailing, ideally within the luxury goods sector or a similar service-oriented industry such as hospitality.
