1. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets in collaboration with the team.
2. Enhance average basket size in terms of both quantity and value.
3. Develop cross-selling opportunities and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.

5. Establish strategies to grow and upgrade the client base, including regaining lost clients.

1. Relevant experience in luxury fashion or accessories.
2. Experience with ready-to-wear; haute couture experience is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in dress pinning for alterations is beneficial.
4. Strong clienteling skills with an established client base.
5. Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
