Alaïa Compensation and Benefits Manager

1. Lead the design and operational implementation of the compensation and benefits policy across all regions.
2. Serve as the liaison with the Group Compensation & Benefits team, providing expertise to HR Business Partners.
3. Manage global budgeting and forecasting processes, coordinating full-time equivalent (FTE) and payroll guidance to markets.
4. Implement compensation and benefits policies as defined by the Maison and Richemont Group.
5. Support markets and entities during salary reviews and other compensation processes, including bonuses and long-term incentives.
6. Facilitate the performance evaluation process with key stakeholders, managing its impact on compensation.
7. Execute the communication strategy on compensation in collaboration with the Group and markets.
8. Conduct in-depth salary analyses to establish competitive benchmarks and inform compensation strategies.
9. Evaluate the competitiveness of benefits and develop best practices with the Group and markets.
10. Provide analysis and data to support optimal decision-making in compensation and personnel costs.
11. Oversee international mobility strategy and practices in collaboration with Group HR.
12. Lead ad-hoc compensation-related projects such as profit-sharing, commission schemes, and pay equity initiatives.
13. Manage cross-functional projects, including job classification.
14. Monitor HR indicators (turnover, headcount, etc.) and mandatory reports shared with employee representatives.

1. 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role with expertise in social management control, labor law, and taxation.

1. Strong organizational, autonomy, and proactive skills.
2. Expertise in compensation and benefits systems.
3. Proficiency in analytical tools and salary calculation and comparison methods at an international level.
4. Advanced spreadsheet skills (functions, formulas, macros) and modeling systems knowledge.
5. Excellent relational and persuasive skills.
6. Results-oriented with a team-oriented approach.
7. Fluent in English.

8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role with expertise in social management control, labor law, and taxation.
