1. Drive boutique sales to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
2. Identify growth opportunities and implement business action plans.
3. Develop a strong network of corporate partners and business contributors.
4. Lead by example on the sales floor, managing client relationships.
5. Elevate the in-store experience through exceptional client service.
6. Coach the team on the Alaïa selling ceremony and clienteling activities.
7. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
8. Delegate operations activities and establish clear responsibilities.
9. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
10. Ensure compliance with the Maison’s policies and brand standards.
11. Supervise boutique operations, including inventory and payroll.
12. Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards.
13. Stay informed about competitors’ activities and market trends.
14. Develop partnerships and participate in local events.

1. At least 10 years’ experience in luxury retail.
2. Strong track record in sales, client development, and team management.

A minimum of 10 years in luxury retail, with proven success in sales, client development, and team management.

Expected salary range: $140,000 – $170,000, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
