1. Oversee growth across all accounts, collaborating to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for the retailer and Acqua Di Parma.
2. Develop and implement an annual business plan for each account, including vision, strategy, and detailed retail projections.
3. Conduct complex data analysis to identify trends and forecast key account performance.
4. Manage and enhance the P&L of each retailer, ensuring optimal financial outcomes.
5. Strengthen relationships with key contacts within the retailer, coordinating regular business reviews and strategy meetings.
6. Propose and implement improved assortments for key accounts to ensure optimal brand representation.
7. Manage stock holding to optimize retail performance in line with forecasts.
8. Work alongside the Sales/Marketing team to develop strong business plans and negotiate sales opportunities.
9. Engage with the wider team to deliver strong product launches and trade animations.
10. Provide account administration and coordination.

1. Degree educated
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field
