2. Set and achieve sales targets for team members in alignment with company objectives.
3. Proactively sell Acqua di Parma lifestyle products, delivering a luxury standard of service to customers.
4. Lead and coach the team to ensure awareness and achievement of sales targets.
5. Promote cross-selling across product categories to enhance average transaction value and productivity.
