4. Maintain the boutique's appearance and ensure it aligns with brand guidelines.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service and build genuine relationships with clients.
6. Handle client complaints with care and report product-related issues to management.
7. Coordinate individual repairs and after-sales matters with Sales Administrators.

1. Proven track record in luxury retail sales.
