1. Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the brand image to boutique clients.
2. Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to boutique KPIs as defined by the Boutique Manager or Retail Director.
3. Analyze business opportunities and support the Boutique Manager in refining sales projections.
4. Lead the sales team in creating action plans to meet boutique targets through enhanced client experiences and presentations.
5. Support the Boutique Manager in exceeding budgetary goals in line with brand strategy.
6. Implement HQ commercial guidelines and prepare monthly boutique meetings and follow-up actions.
7. Manage the team in the absence of the Boutique Manager, identifying training needs and ensuring staff adherence to company policies.
8. Ensure accuracy in stocktaking and quality control, adhering to Richemont and brand audit regulations.
9. Support customer relationship management activities, ensuring the delivery of the Lange selling ceremony.

1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. 5+ years of experience in luxury retail management and boutique operations with direct reports
3. Critical thinking and solution-oriented mindset
4. Flexibility to adapt to changing responsibilities and work schedules
5. Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
6. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; SAP knowledge preferred
7. Secondary language proficiency is advantageous

Expected salary range: $75K - $85K, with eligibility for bonuses and commissions.
