1. Develop new mechanical calibers and complications, and enhance existing calibers while adhering to timelines, quality, and cost standards.
2. Actively participate in the design phase with the product department.
3. Utilize CAD software and numerical simulation tools for comprehensive development of mechanical calibers and complications.
4. Oversee the creation of plan files according to ISO standards and independently manage the planning process.
5. Coordinate with internal and external partners to adapt CAD designs and plans based on capabilities.
6. Participate in product coordination meetings for prototype and pre-series production, ensuring movement-case alignment with the case constructor.
7. Support industrialization and procurement during component manufacturing.
8. Collaborate with laboratory watchmakers for prototype assembly and fine-tuning, and define procedures for validating technical solutions.
9. Analyze production issues, propose solutions, and document improvements for construction or component plans.
10. Implement continuous improvement solutions for existing products in 3D.
11. Analyze, create, and implement modification requests in collaboration with requesting departments and the development team.
12. Ensure follow-up on tests and re-industrializations to optimize functions and improve overall costs for the technical office.

1. Degree in microtechnology engineering with a specialization in watchmaking construction or equivalent education.
2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in mechanical watches with complications, possessing strong theoretical and practical watchmaking knowledge.

1. Proficiency in CAD tools and associated PLM, with Creo and Windchill as advantages.
2. Knowledge of numerical simulation tools such as Ansys and/or LS-Dyna is beneficial.
3. Project management skills with proficiency in standard office software.
4. Methodical, rigorous, autonomous with an analytical and organized mindset.
5. Excellent communication skills, open-minded, curious, proactive, and a team player.

Minimum of 6 years in the field of mechanical watches with complications.

Degree in microtechnology engineering, specializing in watchmaking construction, or equivalent.
