1. Oversee the sales and operations planning to ensure demand and capacity alignment, optimizing stock levels to prevent shortages and surpluses.
2. Monitor market trends to anticipate changes and collaborate with commercial, market, and production teams to enhance planning and forecasting processes.
3. Lead monthly S&OPI (Sales & Operations and Inventory Planning) meetings to ensure coordinated decision-making across the organization.
4. Manage logistics operations including warehousing, distribution, and transportation, ensuring efficiency and adherence to service commitments.
5. Develop and implement a purchasing strategy aligned with corporate objectives, supporting direct and indirect purchasing managers in maintaining supplier relationships.
6. Contribute to the development of industrial strategy as a member of the operations committee, alongside technical, production, quality, and customer service directors.
7. Ensure effective interaction and cross-functional collaboration, fostering a strong customer-centric culture within the department.
8. Participate in decision-making processes and design the industrial organization in line with operational strategy.

1. Engineering degree from EPF or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in supply chain management, flow control, process optimization, and change management.

1. Expertise in ERP tools and advanced planning systems.
2. Fluency in English and experience in an international company.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
5. Results-oriented with a pragmatic approach to decision-making.

Minimum of 10 years in supply chain management, with confirmed managerial experience leading departments.

Engineering degree from EPF or equivalent.
