1. Drive sales to achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals, enhancing and developing business opportunities.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
3. Maintain an active and organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
4. Capture new customer data to personalize communications and deliver memorable shopping experiences.
5. Ensure the boutique is presented at the highest standard, overseeing tidiness and cleanliness.
6. Contribute to merchandising material and product presentation in accordance with Zenith standards.
7. Cultivate an environment of mutual respect and teamwork, supporting colleagues and collaborating to achieve shared goals.
8. Provide assistance with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Boutique Manager.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail operations with a successful sales track record.
2. Experience in the luxury watch industry is advantageous.

2. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
3. Customer-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
4. Team player with a self-motivated, positive, and committed mindset.
5. High level of integrity, trust, and honesty.

At least 2 to 3 years of experience in luxury retail operations, preferably within the luxury watch industry.
