1. Draft functional and technical specifications in alignment with business needs.
2. Design, develop, configure, and test bespoke application solutions.
3. Coordinate project management closely with business teams, partners, and the IT team.
4. Analyze users' functional and technical requirements.
5. Estimate workloads and plan necessary resources.
6. Plan, execute, and monitor tests and deliverables.
7. Oversee and manage improvement requests and incidents in collaboration with TMA teams.
8. Provide training and support to ensure optimal application adoption by users.
9. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation (architecture, configuration, updates, and evolutions).
10. Conduct technological watch to propose functional and technological evolutions to enhance the company's efficiency and competitiveness.

1. Advanced degree in Computer Science (UNI, HES, etc.).
2. Significant experience in designing, implementing, and managing application solutions.
3. Proficiency in ERP systems configuration and administration, ideally ProConcept.
4. Curiosity and adaptability to diverse industry sectors.
5. Excellent listening and communication skills.
6. Strong solution orientation and pragmatic problem-solving ability.
7. Team spirit, autonomy, and rigor.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation, and teaching ability.
9. Fluency in French and a good command of technical English (written and spoken).
