- Act as a brand ambassador for Zenith, delivering a personalized client experience and building strong client relationships.
- Drive sales to achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating extensive product knowledge.
- Ensure full compliance with all retail procedures and operational guidelines.
- Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and providing appropriate follow-up.
- Capture new customer data to personalize communications and deliver memorable shopping experiences.
- Promote and actively participate in events to expand the client book.
- Ensure the boutique is presented at the highest standard, overseeing tidiness and cleanliness.
- Contribute to merchandising and product presentation in accordance with Zenith standards.
- Foster an environment of mutual respect and teamwork, supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Boutique Manager.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail operations with a successful sales track record.
- Sales acumen and results-driven attitude.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Team player with a positive and committed mindset.
- Presentable and mature with high integrity, trust, and honesty.
- Punctual and timeline conscientious.
- Flexibility to work retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in luxury retail operations, preferably within the luxury watch industry.
