Sales Associate

1. Act as a brand ambassador for Zenith, providing personalized client experiences.
2. Build strong client relationships and meet or exceed sales targets.
3. Drive sales to achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
4. Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating excellent product knowledge.
5. Ensure compliance with all retail procedures and operational guidelines.
6. Maintain an organized client book and provide follow-up on sales or client requests.
7. Capture new customer data to personalize communications.
8. Participate in and promote events to attract new clients.
9. Ensure the boutique is presented at the highest standard.
10. Manage in-store ambiance to enhance the customer experience.
11. Contribute to merchandising material and product presentation.
12. Support colleagues and collaborate with team members.
13. Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the Boutique Manager.

1. At least 2 to 3 years of experience in luxury retail operations.
2. Successful sales track record, experience in the luxury watch industry is a plus.

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail operations.
