Zenith Sales Advisor

- Serve as a brand ambassador for Zenith, delivering a unique and personalized customer experience.
- Represent and convey the values of Zenith to clients, peers, and management.

- Uphold Zenith's image in a competitive environment, ensuring product presentation aligns with merchandising standards.
- Regularly report sales to management and collaborate with headquarters to maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the boutique.
- Commercial training background with significant experience in sales advisory roles.
- Experience in horology is advantageous.
- Proficiency in French and English; a third language is a plus.
- Proficiency in standard office software.
- Organized, responsive, and dynamic.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on service, listening, and pragmatism.
- Attention to detail and a warm, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to understand complex, high-end products.
- Creative problem-solving to achieve ambitious goals.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably within the luxury sector.
Commercial training background.
