Zenith Procurement Specialist

- Manage the procurement and inventory of components, ensuring alignment with quality, quantity, and timeline requirements to support continuous production operations.
- Analyze component needs based on MRP calculations and sales forecasts.
- Optimize stock levels to minimize storage costs while maintaining supply chain efficiency.
- Update and ensure the accuracy of supplier parameters in the ERP system, including minimum stock levels, lead times, and order quantities.
- Maintain product records, including supply timelines, economic quantities, and sourcing options.
- Process and transmit orders to suppliers, ensuring meticulous follow-up on order portfolios.
- Coordinate the availability of components for subcontracting and manage supply disruptions and new product launches.
- Prioritize the receipt of goods and urgent quality checks.
- Communicate order forecasts to suppliers and conduct business reviews to resolve issues.
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers in line with purchasing strategies and collaborate on supplier selection with the quality department.
- Implement and monitor KPIs related to procurement and purchasing performance.
- Analyze ERP-generated alerts and propose corrective actions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimization strategies.
- Serve as the primary contact for project managers on procurement aspects during new product launches and support internal departments.
- Master's degree in Logistics, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, ideally Pro-Concept, and office tools, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication with internal and external partners.
- Solid understanding of negotiation techniques.
- Strong adaptability and flexibility in handling unforeseen circumstances.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Sharp negotiation skills and the ability to manage priorities efficiently.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a procurement role within an industrial environment, with significant experience in purchasing.
Master's degree in Logistics, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
