Zenith Marketing Specialist

- Develop and implement a public relations strategy aligned with Zenith's marketing objectives and brand identity.
- Craft compelling messaging for various platforms to enhance brand recognition and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust communication tactics accordingly.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies through regular analysis and reporting, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key media, journalists, influencers, and opinion leaders in the luxury fashion sector.
- Coordinate press releases, media kits, and exclusive interviews that accurately reflect the Zenith vision.
- Organize press events, product launches, and other events to maximize exposure and maintain top brand awareness.
- Monitor media coverage regularly to ensure consistency in public perception and address any discrepancies proactively.
- Implement digital owned media strategies, including content creation and posting on platforms such as LINE, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to gather insights into consumer behavior and emerging trends.
- Prepare reports that encapsulate findings, outcomes, and recommendations to inform future PR and marketing initiatives.
- Oversee vendor management, including negotiation of contracts and handling of expenses to assure quality partnerships.
- Administer the marketing budget meticulously, coordinating with the Finance department to ensure fiscal discipline.
- Facilitate Zenith E-Learning programs for boutique and wholesale partner staff, compiling monthly progress reports.
- University degree with a major in Marketing, Economy, or Business.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in PR Communications.
- Experience managing luxury goods or other retail categories.
- Work experience with wholesalers.
- Studies or professional experience abroad is preferable.
- Business-level proficiency in English (TOEIC 850+ preferred).
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese for daily communication.
- Strong presentation and communication skills to engage key stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and interest in market trends.
- Ability to manage ambiguous situations, plan budgets, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a strong interest in Watch, Fashion, Art, Sports, Music, and Jewelry.
- Leadership abilities and team management skills.
- Proficiency in digital analytic tools and Microsoft software.
- International exposure and flexibility.
- Self-motivated and independent with a trustworthy demeanor.
- Attention to personal presentation to embody the Zenith brand.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in PR Communications, preferably within the luxury goods or retail sector.
University degree with a major in Marketing, Economy, or Business.
