1. Compile media clippings and track brand exposure across various channels in collaboration with PR agencies.
2. Coordinate photoshoots, manage prototype availability, and ensure adherence to internal processes.
3. Prepare materials for print and digital campaigns in collaboration with the Headquarter graphic designer.
4. Support the development, execution, and recap of brand events with internal boutiques or retail partners.
5. Assist in coordinating international events such as LVMH Watch Week and Watches & Wonders.
6. Coordinate visual merchandising changes according to brand guidelines and update the merchandising calendar.
7. Track and ensure digital visibility across retailer websites and social media, coordinating updates as needed.
8. Manage POS material forecasts, stocks, and team requests, and organize POS material and gift storage.
9. Support the Sales team in developing training materials and incentive programs.
10. Manage and improve the organization of the Marketing Team’s online shared files.
11. Assist the Marketing Manager in tracking budget files and invoices.
12. Support meetings with external vendors for potential brand collaborations.
13. Consolidate presentations for team reports and conduct competitor analysis.
14. Assist the Sales team with ad-hoc projects upon request.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous.

2. Ability to manage multiple tasks on short timelines.
3. Diligent, autonomous, and eager to learn.
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet research.
6. Team player with a positive, results-oriented mindset.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
