1. Contribute to the development and execution of the annual brand marketing plan.
2. Support the Brand Director in key projects and events.
3. Ensure adherence to HQ guidelines for brand representation.
4. Organize and implement customer events with precise information and budget management.
5. Manage all marketing and event-related administration.
6. Provide sales ambassadors and associates with necessary marketing information.
7. Support training seminars and presentations.
8. Raise purchase orders and manage invoices against budgets.
9. Maintain up-to-date files and a library of brand visuals.
10. Assist in brand analysis of competitor and media activity, producing reports.
11. Manage marketing stock movement.
12. Provide administrative support for budget management and reporting.
