Zenith International Business Analyst Intern

1. Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance by market, channel, and collection.
2. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for the Executive Committee and commercial teams.
3. Identify performance gaps, analyze trends, and recommend corrective actions.
4. Support business reviews with structured, insight-driven analyses.
5. Serve as the primary contact for Market Managers across Americas, Europe, and Asia.
6. Coordinate between local teams and internal departments including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Production.
7. Track distribution projects such as openings, closures, and network optimization.
8. Assist markets with allocations, assortments, and annual target monitoring.
9. Contribute to the annual budget process and revisions.
10. Consolidate market assumptions and challenge forecasts as needed.
11. Support the continuous improvement of forecasting processes.
12. Track variances between budget, actuals, and historical performance, providing insights to Finance.
13. Participate in cross-functional strategic projects and support data quality improvement initiatives.
14. Contribute to the deployment of Group tools such as ANAPLAN, Power BI, and ERP.
15. Focus on the Americas region, supporting commercial performance and operational execution.
16. Advocate for market needs regarding allocations, assortments, and launch quantities.
17. Optimize stock distribution and support reallocation decisions.
18. Track distribution network evolution and contribute to network optimization.
19. Act as the main liaison between Americas teams and HQ departments.
20. Support the achievement of annual commercial targets through data-driven recommendations.

1. Experience in an international environment, ideally in luxury, retail, or industry.
2. At least 18 months of experience in a similar role.

1. Strong command of Excel; Power BI knowledge is advantageous.
2. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to structure, synthesize, and recommend.
3. Comfortable managing cross-functional projects.
4. Strong business mindset and partnership orientation.
5. Rigorous, autonomous, and able to manage multiple priorities.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, international environment.
8. Fluency in English and French.

At least 18 months of experience in a similar role within an international environment, preferably in luxury, retail, or industry.
