Zenith Industrialization Project Manager

- Lead the industrialization of new products, acting as the reference for industrialization tasks within the development flow.
- Manage the implementation of industrial processes that meet quality criteria for both internal production and subcontracting of components and assemblies.
- Collaborate with technical and production teams to optimize processes from design to manufacturing and assembly, focusing on design standards, cost efficiency, and product robustness.
- Conduct industrialization sessions with internal and external partners to meet the expected standards and quality department requirements.
- Participate in resolving product/process issues by leading the reindustrialization of components or assemblies and steering inter-departmental working groups to define necessary action plans.
- Facilitate sessions aimed at improving cross-functional processes and support transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to enhancing industrial performance by reducing waste, non-conformities related to industrialization, and production costs.
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the industrialization of high-end movement components.
- In-depth knowledge of the watchmaking industry is essential.
- Pragmatic and analytical thinking with the ability to maintain an overarching perspective.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to unite stakeholders around common objectives.
- Methodical, rigorous, autonomous, proactive, and organized.
- Proficiency in CAD software (Creo is a plus) and PLM tools (Windchill is a plus), along with standard office software.
- Experience with ERP systems and understanding of an enterprise's information flows.
A minimum of 5 years in the industrialization of high-end movement components, with substantial knowledge of the watchmaking industry.
Engineering degree or equivalent.
