1. Participate actively in a strategic Value Stream Mapping (VSM) project to analyze current manufacturing processes.
2. Conduct a comprehensive mapping of the production flow, from raw materials to finished products, by meticulously collecting field data.
3. Study and formalize existing processes, including cycle times, tooling, and control methods, to gain an exhaustive understanding of operations.
4. Identify bottlenecks and sources of non-value added activities, such as intermediate stocks and waiting times.
5. Develop and propose innovative improvement scenarios to optimize and stabilize production flows, including implementing pull flows and balancing workstations.

1. Final year student or pursuing a Master's/Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Microtechnology, Quality, or Continuous Improvement.

1. Excellent knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and methods (VSM, 5S, Kaizen, SMED).
2. Proven ability to analyze data and synthesize complex information.
3. Effective communication skills and ability to interact with production teams.
4. Curiosity, initiative, and strong field sense.
5. Autonomy and rigor.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Final year student or pursuing a Master's/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
