Zenith Industrialization Engineering Internship

- Participate actively in a strategic Value Stream Mapping (VSM) project to analyze current manufacturing processes.
- Conduct a comprehensive mapping of the production flow, from raw materials to finished products, by meticulously collecting field data.
- Study and formalize existing processes, including cycle times, tooling, and control methods, to gain an exhaustive understanding of operations.
- Identify bottlenecks and sources of non-value added activities, such as intermediate stocks and waiting times.
- Develop and propose innovative improvement scenarios to optimize and stabilize production flows, including implementing pull flows and balancing workstations.
- Final year student or pursuing a Master's/Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Microtechnology, Quality, or Continuous Improvement.
- Excellent knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and methods (VSM, 5S, Kaizen, SMED).
- Proven ability to analyze data and synthesize complex information.
- Effective communication skills and ability to interact with production teams.
- Curiosity, initiative, and strong field sense.
- Autonomy and rigor.
Beginner level experience is acceptable.
Final year student or pursuing a Master's/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
