1. Develop and enhance brand awareness, image, and desirability of Zenith in China.
2. Ensure brand positioning aligns with global strategy and maintains the highest standards in the local market.
3. Define and implement strategic business plans for short, medium, and long-term growth.
4. Oversee retail development, ensuring organizational structure and human resources align with company objectives.
5. Monitor retail real estate market and competition to identify potential new projects.
6. Establish and maintain relationships with landlords, department stores, and developers.
7. Ensure stores meet corporate identity guidelines and legal requirements.
8. Safeguard company assets, customers, and employees.
9. Ensure successful product launches and store opening events.
10. Monitor wholesale distribution quality and ensure service levels align with brand guidelines.
11. Develop a sustainable e-commerce strategy and ensure profitability.
12. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Managers to enhance CRM activities.
13. Manage profit and loss, working with finance teams to achieve financial objectives.
14. Oversee hiring, coaching, and development of employees consistent with company culture.
15. Represent Zenith publicly to enhance brand image and commercial development.

1. University graduate in business-related disciplines; MBA preferred.
2. Fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
