- Oversee the global customer service policy and its operational implementation, including repair process management and continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective interaction and optimal cross-functional collaboration between services.
- Participate in decision-making processes and design industrial organization aligned with operational strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement of transversal processes and support transformation initiatives.
- Cultivate and perpetuate a strong customer-centric culture within the team.
- Engineering degree from EPF or equivalent.
- Solid experience in the watchmaking sector, particularly in change management and customer-oriented initiatives.
- Leadership and team management skills to inspire and unite teams around new challenges.
- Strong relational skills to facilitate communication across departments and internationally.
- Result-oriented with a pragmatic approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in English and experience in an international company.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including confirmed managerial experience in leading departments.
Engineering degree from EPF or equivalent.
