Zenith Direct Procurement Manager

- Analyze, define, and implement procurement categories and associated supplier panels.
- Conduct market research and maintain technological vigilance.
- Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners through Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
- Identify and implement productivity plans.
- Support internal clients to optimize and secure procurement activities.
- Develop and implement Business Continuity Planning (BCP) analysis and associated action plans.
- Establish and monitor supplier performance using procurement KPIs and scorecards in collaboration with the supply chain department.
- Coordinate the 'make or buy' strategy for series production.
- Support the quality department in resolving supplier disputes.
- Contribute to the management of ethical, environmental, and organizational audits in accordance with group standards and tools.
- Serve as the group reference for precious metals due diligence.
- Enhance and contribute to the definition of direct supplier compliance strategy according to group standards.
- Participate in the deployment of sustainable procurement initiatives.
- Engineering degree or equivalent with a specialization in procurement.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in the watchmaking industry.
- Expertise in watchmaking technical constraints.
- Proficiency in negotiation techniques and various supplier consultation methods (tenders, references, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamism, and natural leadership.
- Ability to develop and lead a team while managing priorities.
- Strategic vision and the ability to develop the department and brand.
- Field/result-oriented, reactive, and customer-focused.
A minimum of 5 to 7 years in the watchmaking industry, with a strong technical understanding of the field.
Engineering degree or equivalent with a specialization in procurement.
