1. Manage daily website maintenance with external agencies, prioritizing tickets and releases in collaboration with IT.
2. Oversee the headless CMS to ensure smooth operation and optimization with external partners.
3. Monitor and optimize e-commerce processes including order management, payment systems, and logistics.
4. Collaborate with LVMH entities to manage SEO/GEO, web performance, and tracking implementations.
5. Analyze website performance and establish KPIs to provide actionable monthly reports.
6. Identify new e-commerce opportunities, platforms, and technologies to enhance UX and drive business growth.
7. Collaborate with internal teams on product and communication launches to ensure 360° communication.
8. Manage the digital brand image and features to create an immersive digital experience.
9. Define the digital roadmap and propose innovative solutions to elevate user experience within budget.

1. Proven experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, minimum 5+ years.
2. Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, with SFCC experience as a plus.
3. Excellent communication skills in French and English; additional languages are advantageous.

1. Familiarity with UX design principles, usability best practices, and web analytics tools.
2. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic and operational projects simultaneously.
3. Analytical and problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.
4. Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and international teams.

Minimum of 5 years in e-commerce or digital marketing.
