Zenith Digital Marketing Assistant Manager

- Increase brand awareness and desirability of Zenith in Japan through global brand and product websites.
- Lead the evolution and deployment of the HQ Global E-business and CRM strategy in Japan.
- Implement CRM tools and activities in alignment with global initiatives.
- Manage the LVMH Clientelling application, MyZenith, in collaboration with the Sales department.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across owned media platforms such as LINE, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Plan and conduct high ROI digital paid media campaigns and strengthen SEM efforts with agency management.
- Analyze and report on SNS activations and digital marketing performance to local and HQ teams.
- Monitor and analyze web statistics to ensure traffic growth and user engagement.
- Manage the annual budget and ensure transparency of spending for all activities.
- Coordinate with external agencies for maintenance and payment execution.
- Oversee and support ad-hoc projects, ensuring timely completion and reporting to management.
- University degree in Marketing, Economy, Business, or Finance.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in digital and mobile marketing within the Watch, Fashion, Luxury, or FMCG sectors.
- Experience in CRM management, E-commerce, and global brand initiatives preferred.
- Business analysis experience required.
- Proficiency in LINE marketing.
- Business-level proficiency in English (TOEIC 800+) and Japanese.
- Agility in digital media and customer engagement strategies.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and market interest.
- Creative mindset with an interest in Watch, Fashion, Art, Sports, Music, and Entertainment.
- Proficiency in digital analytic tools including Microsoft software, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Syrus, and SAP.
- MAC usability is a plus.
- Highly motivated and self-starting attitude.
Minimum of 5 years in digital and mobile marketing, preferably within the luxury or FMCG sectors.
University degree in Marketing, Economy, Business, or Finance.
