Zenith Digital Marketing Assistant Manager

- Increase brand awareness and desirability of Zenith in Japan through the global brand and product website.
- Create an exceptional user experience (UX/UI) and manage SEM/SEO, e-commerce, and CRM activities for Japan.
- Lead the evolution and deployment of the HQ Global E-business and CRM strategy, including localization efforts.
- Develop and enhance e-commerce experiences to ensure customer satisfaction from online to offline.
- Implement CRM tools and activities in compliance with global initiatives, involving central and local actors.
- Manage the LVMH Clientelling application, MyZenith, and collaborate with the Sales department for data analysis and correction.
- Execute digital marketing strategies across owned media platforms such as LINE, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Plan and conduct high ROI digital paid media campaigns and strengthen SEM with agency management.
- Analyze and report on SNS activation effectiveness to both local and HQ teams.
- Monitor and analyze web statistics to ensure traffic growth and qualified user sessions.
- Manage the annual budget and ensure transparency of spending with HQ.
- Coordinate external agencies for maintenance and payment execution as needed.
- Oversee and report on assigned projects to ensure timely completion.
- University degree with a major in Marketing, Economy, Business, or Finance.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in digital and mobile marketing within the Watch, Fashion, Luxury, or FMCG markets.
- Experience in CRM management, e-commerce, and global brand operations is preferred.
- Business analysis experience.
- Experience with LINE marketing.
- Proficiency in English (TOEIC 800+) and Japanese at a business level.
- Agility in digital media and customer behavior engagement.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with key stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and market interest.
- Creative mindset with an interest in Watch, Fashion, Art, Sports, Music, and Entertainment.
- Fundamental IT literacy with strong skills in digital analytics tools, Microsoft software, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with Salesforce, Syrus, and SAP.
- MAC usability is a plus.
- Highly motivated and self-starter.
Minimum of 5 years in digital and mobile marketing within relevant industries.
University degree in Marketing, Economy, Business, or Finance.
