- Develop and maintain strong, personalized relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Proactively engage with clients through various communication channels, including in-store visits, phone calls, and digital platforms.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the store’s product offering, retail environment, and competitors.
- Provide expert assistance and guidance to clients during their shopping experience, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Contribute actively to the business objectives by achieving sales targets and contributing to the store KPIs.
- Regularly input and update customer information in the CRM system, enabling personalized engagement and identification of new sales opportunities for maximizing revenue.
- Deliver exceptional client experience, creating a memorable experience for clients visiting the store.
- Create desire for the brand with exceptional storytelling about the particular Maison, showcasing heritage and savoir-faire, and following the steps of the Maison’s selling ceremony.
- Ensure that aftercare service is followed and issues are elegantly resolved.
- Collaborate with fellow Client Advisors and store management to share client insights, product feedback, and best practices.
- Contribute to maintaining a well-organized, visually appealing store environment that attracts and retains clients.
- Embody the LVMH culture and be an ambassador of the LVMH values.
- Apply all compliance regulations and guidelines concerning client data and store operations.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or a related field.
