1. Define and monitor the market and retailer budget.
2. Drive sales efforts to achieve targets through market visits, training, and events.
3. Oversee two boutiques in Paris.
4. Optimize distribution and regularly monitor the multi-brand retail network.
5. Manage stock levels and optimize allocations.
6. Coordinate customer orders with sales administration and ensure an ideal product assortment.
7. Establish and track commercial and marketing performance indicators.
8. Provide training for the retail network and sales force.
9. Implement and monitor incentive programs.
10. Lead and develop the market team.
11. Conduct reporting and business reviews with top management.
12. Promote the brand image internally and externally as an ambassador, particularly through significant presence at events in France.
13. Supervise a Marketing Manager and a Retail Manager.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the watchmaking or jewelry sector.
2. Bachelor's degree in Sales or Marketing & Communication.

3. Result-oriented and proactive.
4. Ability to multitask and adapt.
5. Autonomous and ambitious with a mobile mindset.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

Bachelor's degree in Sales or Marketing & Communication.
