1. Lead and oversee assembly operations within the Manufacture, including Watches, Movements, and components (T0, T1, T2, T3).
2. Implement a managerial policy aimed at empowering and developing team members.
3. Ensure department workload and capacity align to meet customer demand.
4. Collaborate with the methods department to industrialize and optimize production.
5. Work with Operations departments (technical offices, industrialization, quality assurance, manufacturing, supply chain, customer service) to achieve industrial objectives.
6. Enhance processes and organization amidst brand transformation and development.
7. Represent the department in various stages of the company's quality flow (deviations, non-conformity tracking, developments, technical modifications, product improvements).
8. Guarantee workshop deadlines and quality standards, preparing for future advancements.

1. Degree in Production Management Engineering or equivalent.

1. Significant field experience in production management within a transformative context.
2. Technical expertise in watchmaking or a related field to quickly grasp industry constraints.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamism, and natural leadership.
4. Ability to manage and develop a close-knit team while prioritizing tasks.
5. Exemplary and humble in team management, demanding yet attentive to diverse interlocutors.
6. Facilitator who builds trustful relationships to achieve set results and proposes solutions.
7. Field/result-oriented, reactive, stress-resistant with a strong customer focus.
8. Strategic vision to contribute to department transformation and brand development.

Minimum of 3 years of field experience in production management.

Degree in Production Management Engineering or equivalent.
