Zenith Archivist and Heritage Specialist

- Co-create the Heritage Platform for Zenith, encompassing all archival collections and timepieces of the Manufacture, including planning and executing the relocation, conducting supplementary inventories, managing signage, and coordinating project phases.
- Enrich the virtual library and historical production directory of Zenith through digitization, photography, indexing, and maintaining the inventory of collections and documentary monitoring.
- Respond to inquiries from clients and internal departments, providing research, scientific expertise, certification, thematic syntheses, and supporting the Heritage databases, as well as assisting clients and collectors.
- Support the department manager in strategic projects, including the virtual Heritage Platform, developing and managing an international Heritage Community, preparing content for global Heritage exhibitions, publications, and internal events.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Science or equivalent, with specialization in archiving/documentation or archiving/history.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management related to archives and heritage, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Initiative, responsibility, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in French and English; German and Italian are advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with inventory software is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years in project management related to archives and heritage, ideally within a corporate environment.
Bachelor's degree in Information Science or equivalent specialization.
