- Train regional teams on global packaging, uniform, and hospitality standards in collaboration with Visual Identity and Supply Chain teams.
- Forecast annual volumes for packaging, uniforms, and hospitality tools.
- Ensure compliance with guidelines across regions and manage uniform order flows.
- Support the stationery and packaging request process.
- Manage online in-store supply tools and supplier relationships.
- Ensure non-merchandise is managed and stored according to brand and group guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and procedures in the Retail Handbook.
- Monitor stock levels of packaging and uniforms at central and regional levels.
- Gather continuous feedback from regions for process improvement.
- Update and coordinate the WW Retail Handbook guidelines and regional adaptations.
- Manage invoices and payment flows with external partners.
- Support ad-hoc projects in Image and IT Retail Operations.
- University degree in Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing store retail operations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to a changing retail environment.
- Fluency in English and French; Italian is a plus.
Minimum 2 years in managing store retail operations and ensuring stock accuracy within the retail industry.
University degree in Business or equivalent.
