Yves Saint Laurent Worldwide Training and Retail Development Director

- Design and implement a global retail training strategy aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with regional retail teams and senior leadership to identify training needs.
- Develop and oversee training programs including onboarding, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Ensure consistency and quality of training across all regions.
- Lead a worldwide team of training managers and specialists.
- Create and update training materials to drive business results and improve client satisfaction.
- Establish metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
- Work closely with merchandising, marketing, and HR to align training with business objectives.
- Develop and manage the global training budget, ensuring cost-effective resource use.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in leading training for a high-volume brand or multi-unit retail.
- Store leadership or multi-retail experience is advantageous.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong cultural awareness and global collaboration skills.
- Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication skills for liaising with global teams and top management.
15+ years of experience in leading training for a high-volume brand and/or multi-unit retail experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
