1. Develop and refine seasonal and carry-over sales forecasts in alignment with historical trends and inventory flow by product, collection, and region.
2. Lead monthly forecast meetings with regional teams to ensure alignment with headquarters' forecasts and business objectives.
3. Provide actionable insights based on product performance, investment levels, and seasonal trends.
4. Monitor forecast accuracy versus actual sales on key business drivers by region.
5. Collaborate with Retail and Collection Merchandising teams to align on financial targets and assortment strategies.
6. Monitor global business performance of the Ready-to-Wear category by collection, line, function, and region.
7. Provide weekly and monthly reports on key KPIs for the merchandising department.
8. Support monthly Merchandise Planning meetings with insights and reorder proposals to drive business decisions.
9. Define monthly needs for seasonal best-selling products and carry-overs based on forecasts, sell-through, stock availability, and door mapping.
10. Collaborate cross-functionally to support seasonal extensions, removals, and dynamic carry-over product strategy adjustments.
11. Track product lifecycle and provide reorder planning for future strategies.
12. Maintain close collaboration with the production team for reorder planning and stock projections, ensuring optimal delivery schedules.
13. Monitor stock levels across regions and channels to ensure optimal inventory allocation.
14. Identify stock tensions or overstocked SKUs and provide solutions to rebalance inventory.
15. Recommend stock rebalancing and replenishment strategies to sustain profitability and target inventory.
16. Facilitate fluid communication with Collection and Retail merchandising teams.
17. Collaborate closely with Regional buying and Merchandise planning teams.
18. Coordinate with the Production team and Supply Chain department for delivery and stock optimization.

1. Graduate from a business or engineering school.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandise planning, buying, or finance, ideally in retail or distribution environments.

1. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
2. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, planning software (e.g., Anaplan), and business intelligence tools.
3. Deep understanding of the product category and its performance drivers in a global retail context.
4. Attention to detail and flexibility in adapting priorities.
5. Strong organizational and communication skills.
6. Ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders.
7. Capacity to work in a highly dynamic and demanding environment.
8. Fluency in English and a good level of French.

A minimum of 3 years in merchandise planning, buying, or finance, preferably within retail or distribution environments.

Graduate from a business or engineering school.
