Yves Saint Laurent Worldwide Clients' Data Analytics Project Manager

- Develop and implement a comprehensive clients’ data management strategy aligned with the brand’s vision and goals.
- Oversee clients’ data governance and audits to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Analyze clients’ data to uncover insights about buying behaviors, preferences, and trends.
- Ensure seamless integration of data across platforms to create a unified and accurate database.
- Act as Product Owner for Dashboards and Reporting Tools to monitor business performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Experiment with A/B testing frameworks to measure the impact of campaigns and strategies.
- Partner with Retail Merchandising, Marketing, Retail Excellence, and e-commerce teams for data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with Kering and house IT teams to maintain and improve data infrastructure.
- Evaluate and implement cutting-edge data management and analytics tools.
- Support regional and local clients’ and retail teams in building dashboards and reporting tools.
- Conduct quarterly reviews with regional teams to align on goals, challenges, and performance metrics.
- Develop and train direct reporting team and regional client team.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in data management or analytics, preferably in luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality.
- Proven experience managing CRM systems and data analysis for customer engagement and personalization.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Technical expertise in data management and analytics.
- Analytical acumen to derive insights from data.
- Strong team player for cross-functional and multi-regional collaboration.
- Adaptability to diverse markets and cultures.
- Strong communication skills to translate data insights into clear recommendations.
- Problem-solving skills to address data-related challenges.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations.
More than 5 years in data management or analytics, with a preference for experience in luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
