1. Provide administrative support for wholesale operations, including deliveries, payments, restocking, commercial exchanges, and after-sales service.
2. Monitor stock levels and update stock lists.
3. Organize showroom appointment schedules.
4. Prepare necessary documents for the showroom and fashion shows.
5. Participate in and assist during showroom periods.
6. Manage administrative tasks such as document dispatch and tracking sales representatives' travel.

1. Enrolled in or completed a degree from a business school or equivalent.
2. Fluency in French and English is essential.
3. Proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
4. Previous experience in the fashion and luxury industry is required.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

A successful initial experience in the fashion and luxury sector is required.

Business school degree or equivalent.
