- Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or related field.
- 10-15 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

10-15 years of experience in retail, with a focus on luxury fashion.

Base compensation range of $220k-$230k, plus bonus eligibility.
