Yves Saint Laurent Visual Merchandising Project Assistant

- Assist in operational and administrative tasks within the Visual Merchandising Design & Operations department.
- Support the management of visual merchandising projects, including store installations and project follow-ups.
- Coordinate worldwide projects, including boutiques, events, and special projects.
- Oversee logistical and operational aspects, coordinating with various store service providers.
- Create and manage supplier accounts.
- Process purchase orders using order management software.
- Consolidate and analyze orders, ensuring budget compliance.
- Track invoices in collaboration with the accounting department and manage follow-ups.
- Update, consolidate, and monitor the worldwide budget.
- Bachelor's degree (BAC +4) in Business, Management, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
Previous experience in project management or a related field is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
