1. Assist in operational and administrative tasks within the VM Design & Operations department.
2. Support the management of ongoing VM projects, including store installations and project follow-ups.
3. Track worldwide projects such as special events, window displays, pop-ins, and pop-ups.
4. Manage logistical and operational aspects of projects.
5. Create supplier accounts and manage supplier relations.
6. Enter purchase orders using the order management software.
7. Consolidate and analyze orders.
8. Coordinate with accounting for invoice tracking and follow-ups.
9. Update, consolidate, and monitor the worldwide budget.

1. Bachelor's degree (BAC +4) in Business or Management School.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
3. Team-oriented mindset.
4. Adaptability and flexibility.
5. Fluency in English is mandatory.

No prior experience required, suitable for students in relevant fields.
