Yves Saint Laurent Visual Merchandising Coordinator

- Collaborate with local and headquarters visual merchandising teams to develop and implement display strategies for product rotations and launches.
- Prepare and coordinate product transfers to ensure timely availability for scheduled rotations.
- Document and report each rotation with comprehensive photographic evidence to headquarters.
- Maintain store displays in accordance with company standards throughout all operational hours.
- Provide weekly updates and reports to headquarters on display statuses.
- Generate sell-through reports and top-selling item lists for the buying team to ensure accurate replenishment.
- Maintain sales galleries to reflect current inventory accurately.
- Update product photo albums with new merchandise deliveries.
- Coordinate with the operations team to manage new product arrival schedules.
- Oversee and manage the inventory of all visual merchandising tools, ensuring availability and condition.
- Collaborate with visual merchandising partners for rotations at local stores.
- Assist with annual inventory preparations.
- Flexible availability for projects and installations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a presence onsite at the Saint Laurent Rive Droite location five days a week.

Experience in visual merchandising within the luxury fashion sector is preferred.
Base compensation ranges from $24-27 per hour, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
