1. Manage and execute seasonal guideline display schedules.
2. Lead and support Visual Merchandising (VM) Ambassadors during display changes.
3. Plan and implement training programs to enhance the competencies of VM Ambassadors.
4. Oversee and execute window display schedules.
5. Plan and execute visual presentations for new store openings, remodels, events, and pop-up activations.
6. Manage and execute in-store visual updates.
7. Procure and manage inventory of VM tools.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within an international environment.
2. Fluency in Japanese and English is mandatory.
3. Strong interest in fashion and luxury goods.
4. Willingness and ability to travel.
5. Flexibility to work retail schedules, including night shifts.
