Yves Saint Laurent Visual Merchandiser

- Implement and execute Visual Merchandising standards in-store in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Prepare products for display installations, coordinating with department heads to identify new arrivals and anticipate store needs.
- Support during deliveries to identify bestsellers and new arrivals, integrating them into the store layout as per guidelines.
- Maintain and update Visual Merchandising displays, participate in display rotations and collection launches in collaboration with the Western Europe Visual Merchandising team.
- Develop zoning plans in alignment with store allocations and Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Educate and train Retail teams on Visual Merchandising guidelines to ensure brand image consistency.
- Train in-store talents to become future Visual Merchandising ambassadors.
- Organize and manage in-store and external prop stock, alerting the Zone Manager of any needs or shortages.
- Support daily administrative tasks.
- Propose Visual Merchandising actions to optimize store performance while preserving brand image.
- Monitor and report the impact of Visual Merchandising actions on commercial performance.
- Balance brand image objectives with business goals.
- Provide support during store rotations in Paris.
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Retail.
- Strong knowledge of luxury retail environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
- Effective fieldwork skills with attention to product presentation details.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with teams.
- Flexibility, pragmatism, and responsiveness.
A minimum of 2 years in the Retail sector, with a strong understanding of luxury product categories and market.
