Yves Saint Laurent Temporary Store Director
Saint Laurent, a prestigious brand under the Kering Group, has been a pioneer in the luxury fashion industry since its inception in 1961. - Lead and align the team with corporate initiatives, sales goals, visual merchandising, and operational standards.
- Ensure professional growth and training of the staff through a coaching approach.
- Define and achieve targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Analyze results and conduct daily, weekly, monthly activities and yearly assessments using KPIs.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively participating on the selling floor.
- Maintain a high sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty.
- Manage inventory activities in collaboration with the Back Office Operation.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal requirements, sustainability, HR, and stock organization.
- Maintain the qualitative standards required by the brand.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in retail management.
- Experience managing a team of 5 or more.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Adaptability and openness.
- Risk-taking and dynamic approach.
- Excellent listening abilities and curiosity.
- Proven ability to motivate and lead sales teams.
- Knowledge of Dayforce and Concur expense reporting is a plus.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years in a retail management capacity, with experience managing a team of 5 or more.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
$120,000 - $140,000 with eligibility for bonus.
