1. Lead and align the team with corporate initiatives, sales goals, visual merchandising, and operational standards.
2. Ensure professional growth and training of the staff through a coaching approach.
3. Define and achieve targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
4. Analyze results and conduct daily, weekly, monthly activities and yearly assessments using KPIs.
5. Demonstrate sales leadership by actively participating on the selling floor.
6. Maintain a high sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty.
7. Manage inventory activities in collaboration with the Back Office Operation.
8. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal requirements, sustainability, HR, and stock organization.
9. Maintain the qualitative standards required by the brand.

1. Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in retail management.
2. Experience managing a team of 5 or more.
3. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

4. Proven ability to motivate and lead sales teams.
5. Knowledge of Dayforce and Concur expense reporting is a plus.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years in a retail management capacity, with experience managing a team of 5 or more.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

$120,000 - $140,000 with eligibility for bonus.
