Yves Saint Laurent Studio Coordination Assistant Intern

- Assist in the creation of collection boards and necessary tools for collection preparation and presentation.
- Support the creation of collection dossiers, including layout and reference collection.
- Aid in the preparation of dossiers to be shared with the production team.
- Track the receipt of samples and prototypes, updating dossiers, photographing pieces, archiving on shared networks, and managing packaging and shipment to production or relevant departments.
- Assist in meeting preparation, including booking rooms and checking the setup of tables and necessary tools for collection presentation.
- Provide daily assistance in studio coordination.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Proficiency in InDesign.
- Responsible, dynamic, and meticulous.
- Knowledge of Italian and French is advantageous but not required.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in fashion and studio coordination is beneficial.
