1. Assist in the creation of collection boards and necessary tools for collection preparation and presentation.
2. Support the creation of collection dossiers, including layout and reference collection.
3. Aid in the preparation of dossiers to be shared with the production team.
4. Track the receipt of samples and prototypes, updating dossiers, photographing pieces, archiving on shared networks, and managing packaging and shipment to production or relevant departments.
5. Assist in meeting preparation, including booking rooms and checking the setup of tables and necessary tools for collection presentation.
6. Provide daily assistance in studio coordination.

1. Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
2. Proficiency in InDesign.
3. Responsible, dynamic, and meticulous.
4. Knowledge of Italian and French is advantageous but not required.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in fashion and studio coordination is beneficial.
